Our Community
Macleod College is at the heart of the Macleod neighbourhood. Located at the end of the Aberdeen Road shopping strip, adjacent to Macleod Park and Macleod station.
Entry to Administration is via the staff Carpark on Carwarp Street.
Parents and Friends of Macleod
An active group that meets monthly at a mutually agreed time which is convenient for all usually half an hour before school pickup. They hold several fundraising activities throughout the year which are always fun events involving the school community including a Family Movie Night, Macleod College Primary Tea Towel fundraiser, Father’s and Mother’s Day Stall and this year launched the inaugural Car Boot Sale. They work towards improving and beautifying the school grounds and enriching the experience of the children in addition to the school curriculum. The main form of communications is through the Facebook page Macleod College Parents and Friends but also through friendly chatter between everyone waiting to pick up their kids at the end of the school day. They are a relaxed an inclusive group who are passionate about the Macleod College community.

Parents Music Committee
An active group of parents who have students in the Music Academy. The purpose of this group is to support the music program through assisting at functions such as the Spring Arts Gala and Groovin at the Austrian club, and fundraising. Recently the Music Support Group has fundraised money to purchase some much needed music stands as well as Timpani and a Vibraphone.
New members are always welcome in all of these groups. Please contact us for more information.
